SHIPPING POLICY

All Items will be shipped within 48 hours of the order, except customized item orders. All customized item orders will be shipped within 72-96 hours of the order, except bulk custom orders. Items are shipped in product packaging and protective packaging to ensure quality upon receipt. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email provided.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All items must be returned within seven days for a full refund; store credit will be issued for any return after.

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Returns must be in original packaging, unopened.

  • Returns must have no visible signs of wear or use.
